1. Get in the Zone – Use the Re- Energise or Get in the Zone tool before attending the event.
2. Look around for someone standing alone, someone you know talking to another person, a group of three – and join them. Debunk your perception lenses -Suspend your judgement!
3.Engage their attention with your answer to “What do you do?” which you have pre-prepared.

iii) Beneficial results.
Example: I own a gift shop for people who are looking for a unique gift. My forte is in knowing how to recommend the most appropriate gift for the occasion which results in saving you time and gaining kudos for having given a most thoughtful gift.
4. Influence them by sharing relevant client case studies. Document these for different client needs.
5. Arrange to meet or to be of service in some way.
6. Move on and take them with you. Introduce them to someone you know that you think they would benefit from meeting, or just join another pair.
7. Keep your promise – call promptly (within a couple of days if possible) to arrange meeting or deliver any service you offered.

The New World – Fulfillment as the SELF Weekend Retreat was held on 28 & 29 March 2015 in Hiller, SA; it was a weekend to remember. Peace and serenity, connecting to nature, the feeling of leaving behind everyday worries or concerns – a new start! Surrounded by smiling faces, the sharing of delicious yummy food so very nourishing for the heart and soul; these were contributing factors to the success of this beautiful Weekend Retreat. Inspired by the words of Michelle Stanton (our Zone Angel) and the insights of Mooji we shared and reflected on our lives and experiences becoming more peaceful and connected as we saw possibilities of being passionately alive with no striving or suffering, only joy and peace. On the Saturday night we went out for dinner then shared an evening of Music, Singing, Poetry, and Readings. Bliss for those who seek the Truth and in Love transcend the ego thereby experiencing the state of spontaneous effortless living – the state of “Do Nothing and Everything Gets Done”.

I spoke at a Pink Ribbon fundraising event organised by a beloved Zonehigh client, Merlin McCloy, Executive Director of Mojomo Insurance Brokers, at the fabulous “Out the Back” in Adelaide on 15 October 2013.
Major health challenges, such as breast cancer, make us stop and reflect on what is truly important to us – what we really want in life!
When I asked this question, the unanimous response was “to be happy” – to experience joy, love and deep inner peace.
Unfortunately, most of us have forgotten what we truly want and instead are chasing after what we think will get us what we really want. For example, we think a promotion will make us happy, so we sacrifice how we feel now and push and shove to get promoted. But what we find when we get the promotion is that we are happy for only a very short while before we are once again chasing after the next promotion, in a state of stress and anxiety!
Would it not be wiser to go after happiness directly? If you could, would you like to be happy, peaceful, joyful and feel loved and loving NOW instead of believing that you must first achieve something in the future in order to be rewarded with happiness, peace and love?
What would your experience in life be like if you could master how you feel in any given moment regardless of ever-changing, external circumstances?
Being happy, peaceful and loving right here and NOW is a skill and can be learnt.
The first and most important step is the decision to be happy, peaceful and loving NOW and to prioritise this above all else.
The second step is to learn how to relax the body, calm your mind and expand your sensory awareness. To help you do this, I created a 5-minute, mp3 tool called “Sensing What Is for Beginners” which you can download for free.
The third step is to learn how to investigate your thoughts for truth. When you believe lies, you will feel disturbed. When you can see through the lies, you will once again feel good. Your mind, emotions and body are all connected. To master your emotions, you must understand the mechanics of the human belief system that generates thoughts and debunk limiting beliefs.
