Shipping
For purchases of downloadable products, access to download the product is provided via email as soon as the payment is approved.
For hard goods such as books and CDs, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment approval. Payment transactions are processed in real-time on this website. You will be notified if there is any delay.
Australian Domestic Orders
Australian domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post. Please allow 1 to 3 business days transit time in Australia.
Postage and handling is charged item by item.
Orders from Outside Australia
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail please allow 10 to 28 days transit time.

How will I know that you have received my order?
Once we have received an order you will be sent an email confirming the order and a tax invoice. Anytime you have further questions you can email us and quote your invoice number for a prompt response.

Where the country of import declares customs duties or clearance charges, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
